Dr. Anzalone, who is
board-certified in pediatrics, is a magna cum laude graduate of Carson-Newman
College in Tennessee.
He obtained his medical degree at
the University of Florida in 1986. He received his pediatric training at T.C.
Thompson's Children's Hospital at the University of Tennessee,
Chattanooga, TN, where he served as chief resident in his last year. Dr.
Anzalone previously worked at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center, where he
was involved in clinical aspects of pediatrics, as well as teaching.
Dr. Anzalone's commitment to teaching has continued throughout his career. He has
received numerous awards, both from Family Practice Residents at St. Joseph
Medical Center and from The Reading Hospital and Medical Center. His special
interests include asthma, ADHD and maintaining healthy lifestyles. Dr. Anzalone
is a fellow of the American Academy of
Pediatrics.
Dr. Anzalone
and his wife, Judy, are raising three boys, and appreciate the challenges
in raising children in today's environment. He also speaks Spanish and Italian
fluently, adding greater depth and comfort to his treatment of patients from
bilingual families. |
